JC Denton is no ordinary agent. You will get to choose what augments to upgrade JC with, letting you personalize this agent to your playing style.

Augmentation use drains power so you won't be wandering through the entire game invisible. Also, each attribute has levels of ability so level 1 invisibility will only give you so much protection compared to level 4.

When you accomplish missions, find hidden areas, or achieve secondary goals you will receive skills points to spend on your character.
Do you like to play nice and stealth like? Use your skills to upgrade computer and security system hacking ability. Are you more of a heavy weapons player? Upgrade this and use rocket launchers and explosives more effectively. Would you rather snipe from a distance? Upgrade your rifle ability to Master and you will be getting headshots from ridiculous distances.

Project Eden

Due to severe overpopulation, the diameter of the Earth is increasing. Only the richest can feel the warmth of sunshine or the feel of a fresh breeze. The rest of the people are left in gloom and despair in the one of the huge cities they are forced to live in. At ground level, no one can even see the sunshine due to the large buildings towering overhead.
Below those in this wretched condition is another group of people who live in a dark underworld ruled by ruthless criminals, cultists and other deranged people. It is within one such city Project Eden is set.
You will lead a team of 4 agents for the Urban Protection Agency (UPA) on a series of missions and investigations. The four members (the squad leader, the tech specialist, the skilled engineer, and the goliath Cyborg) will go into dangerous areas requiring the best exploration and puzzle solving skills.
The team is initially called in to investigate problems at the 'Real Meat' factory, in which all the equipment has started to simultaneously malfunction. Technicians sent to repair the machinery have gone missing without explanation: here begins The UPA's sinister trail of inquiry.
You can switch between any of the four players at any time. It is surprisingly simple to go from one specialist to the other.
In order to get through some missions you may have to send Amber (the Cyborg) in first (to shut off the gas) and then the others can safely pass. In other missions Minoko will have to control the computer to keep doors open for the others to pass. This game is great because it allows a great degree of control over all four players at any given time.
